This mountain retreat is the entire upper floor of the home and includes a comfortable king-sized bed with dresser and TV in the bedroom. The living room includes a brand new Queen sleeper-sofa and an additional Smart TV. The space includes a full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances.

The Space
Newly renovated, stylish retreat less than 3/4 of a mile from the famous Courthouse Square/Whiskey Row. This fabulous getaway is a second story retreat with its’ own private entrance (separate from the main home) that leads into a large and relaxing retreat. The exterior private steps to the second story entrance leads to a private balcony to sit and sip a morning coffee or evening cocktail. The space includes 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen, living room, and an eating area.

Other Things to Note
This space is the entire second floor of the home. Entry is off of the alleyway in the rear of the home. Guest can park inside of the yard and walk directly up the private stairs to the space.
