The Space
Spacious home with views galore! Enjoy a secluded getaway that backs up to the National Forest while only a short distance from all the wonderful shops and restaurants that Prescott has to offer. Located on 1.62 acres and set back off the street on a quiet cul-de-sac, it gives you the peace and quiet you are looking for. At night, enjoy the star-filled skies, away from the bright lights of the city.

This custom home was built with attention to detail. When you enter through the front door to the open entry you are greeted by a two-story stone fireplace and a sweeping staircase that takes you to the main living area. It’s hard to choose between hanging in front of the fireplace, looking out from a cozy seating area, or sitting back and enjoying a good movie or game on the large screen t.v. Venture over to the large dining area with high vaulted ceilings and enjoy a photo op on the saddle on the way to the kitchen. Great kitchen with open cook-top, double oven, microwave, sit-down eating area, walk-in pantry, archway views back to the living room and access to patios facing the views to the front or the back. Don’t worry if you don’t want to cook, there are several great nearby restaurants to visit or order to-go. The other bedroom has a Cal-King bed, walk-in closet, with access to a private sitting area outside, which then leads to the front of the house.

• The large lot is home to much wildlife, javelina, coyotes, deer. Fun to watch, but keep your distance.
• Please note this home’s driveway has convenient circle for driving around counterclockwise to head you back out.
• The driveway is narrow so this is the best way to drive in and out.
• In the winter, it can snow and the driveway will not be plowed, 4×4 or AWD is recommended in the winter.
• No dog(s) or other pets are welcome in this home.
• Guests do not have garage access.
