The Space
This cozy 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom home is located just minutes from historic Whisky Row/Courthouse Square.

Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV- perfect for winding down with a movie after a long day experiencing all that Prescott has to offer!

Snuggle up with a good book, or enjoy streaming your favorite show in our comfy living room. The fireplace will add the perfect ambience to your evening in.

Kitchen is newly remodeled and fully stocked for all your culinary needs. Separate dining room provides plenty of space for dining in!

Other Things To Note
-There is currently a county wide burn ban in effect-firepit is unavailable until the ban is lifted.

-If you find any little glass duckies on the property-please leave them where you find them-they are very sentimental

-AC is a mini split in the living room. Fan are provided in the bedrooms to help circulate cool air to those rooms
