Welcome to the ideal House for a peaceful, mountain town getaway! Our House is Located only 5 blocks from the historic Whiskey Row, a short 10 minute walk, 3 minute drive or $5 dollar Uber ride. You’ll love the great proximity to all that Prescott has to offer but still appreciate the privacy of our quiet home.

The Space
The house was built in 1904, and features a lovely master bedroom with a very comfortable queen sized bed, There is an ample closet, night stands with power plugs and powered USB ports, large dresser, and private bathroom with walk in shower.

The house’s second bedroom is appointed with a comfortable queen bed.

The living room is equipped with comfortable sofa and recliners to relax while enjoying the 43 inch smart TV. The TV is streaming only-you are welcome to sign into any apps you subscribe to as well as enjoy any free streaming services.

The peaceful backyard is great for socializing and grilling out. Please note this is strictly a non-smoking house, however you are welcome to smoke on the back deck.

Other than Certified Service Animals, No pets are allowed at this time. We do not view Certified Service Animals as pets, and are happy to make arrangements for these wonderful companions, however, under no circumstances are cats allowed, as the owners are both severely allergic.

ALL reservations are subject to approval.
